1. Goods sold cannot be refunded unless otherwise stated.
2. Customers are ensured that Moda deliver quality apparel/accessories and adhere to strict packaging policy. Nevertheless, in the event of circumstances as listed below,
~ should the goods arrived damaged;
~ should the wrong order be delivered;
please contact Moda Apparel immediately for an exchange.
3. Exchange will be made for goods returned in their original packaging within 7 days upon customers' receipt of goods.
4. Postage charges of returned goods will be borne by customers. However, Moda will pay for re-delivery of goods.
5. Moda reserves the right to refuse return / refund of goods that are deemed inappropriately handled.
